With over 18 years in the market research industry, Scott’s experience and contribution is unprecedented. Having worked with Harris Interactive in the 1990’s, he helped introduce self-administered surveys via email to the research world. Scott founded the first offices of Ciao International and Research Now in the United States and introduced international online research to the US market.

Doug Robertson, Sales and Operations

Doug brings fresh new ideas to our sales and operations team. As the proprietor of a field research organization, he has extensive experience in coordinating and managing large, complex projects. He also has a backround in Corporate Research which includes Fuji, Nike, Philip Morris, Energizer and Siemens.
